Updating just so everyone knows I am still here, been solid on my workout schedule, but have had some set backs in life outside of the gym. I will be updating again in the next few days with blood work results, and then I will begin my cycle. I will keep everyone posted and provide more information soon! Yo for anyone who is still interested, first bloods came back. These are all still pre cycle bloods. Sorry for the delay, a lot of shit has been going on and I haven't had time to get on here to post, but im on schedule still. Im getting more blood work done this week for each individual level, but totals so far are, Test: 636 ng/dl ,, Estrogens: 88 pg/ml ,, and my vitamin D: 26.2 ng/ml (vit. D is low) . Any comments, suggestions or questions? I'm running my first cycle just solo test at 500/week, 12 weeks. I will update again with more blood work results and a cycle start date asap!
 
What's up brothers, I am looking to start my first cycle within the next few weeks and I am in need of a little advice. I have been doing some research over the past couple months, and let me just say, I definitely don't know it all lol. I have some knowledge of AAS usage but a little more advice couldn't hurt. So just in case you haven't seen my new member intro I'm 24, 5'11, 185 lbs, BMI 26, BFP 13%. Before I start posting about any cycle, I want to clarify that I will be getting blood work done next week to determine all my levels before my cycle. I will also get bloods again mid way through and after full cycle including PCT. So now I am going to post 2 separate cycles,(obviously I'm only going to run one) but my objective is to see which cycle you bros prefer, and see the changes you guys would make, add ons, take outs, whatever, the whole 9. I am deathly afraid of getting gyno, that is why I want to run such a low test dose on either cycle, and especially on the Dbol cycle. So anything you guys might have to help, would be greatly appreciated. Note, this is my first time using any type of AAS. *Also i don't know if I am prone to gyno or anything, I just really don't wanna wake up one day with tits. *Reason for test e dose so low. If you think I should bump it up or whatever you guys think, just let me know please! Thanks in advance!

Cycle one: Test E + Anavar - 10 weeks
week 1-10 200mg test E (split 100mg mon/thur) -maybe 400mg split 200? idk
week 1-6 Anavar 80mg ED
week 2-10 arimidex .5mg EOD or .25mg EOD ??
week 13-16 (PCT) clomid 50/50/50/25 nolva 40/30/20/10
also I was thinking of taking creatine throughout the whole cycle at 5-10g ED ?

OR

Cycle two: Test E + Dbol - 10 weeks

So basically I want to know which cycle you guys think I should start with, my purpose is to get bigger and stronger. I am not in competitive body building, nor do I really care for a 6 pack. I just want to look better overall for myself, and I start football in about a year, so i have time, but time flies! So I know my cycles aren't even close to perfect, that is why I am posting this to get any and all info, good or bad. My Dbol cycle plan, I know is flawed, so I would really appreciate the feedback! Also if gyno does occur, will letro stop it in its tracks? How much letro would I need to take? Also is there any other OCT product you recommend for either cycle? As for PCT, would it be good to take clomid and nolva ED together? *Note for almost 3 years I was heavily drinking daily, and Ive done my fair share of booger sugar as well. Thank you for doing your research and putting some ideas for cycles together. Once you get a baseline you can choose the dose of test you want to run. You obviously want to go much higher than your baseline rather than a low dose that will do hardly anything and suppress you with minimal gains.

Mid cycle bloods will give you an idea on where your e2 will be. Always have some pharma grade AI on hand just in case you need it. You will most likely know when you will need it. Also try and get pharma grade pct. You can get both serms and AIs on a few links on the steroid underground.

Good job doin this man. Looking back i wish i would of gotten bloods before my first cycle so atleast i would've known my base line numbers. Have a good time poppin your cherry bud!!!!
 
Update,,, I will be on my fourth pin tomorrow, can't remember the exact day I started right now, but I am about 2 weeks in, maybe a little more. Had trouble with the first 2,, 3rd was great and hopefully it stays that way. Diet has been up and down lately, I don't really have much of an appetite after 6pm? Not sure why. Going shopping today though. I will keep this thread updated consistently, any questions or advice just post away! I will be posting bloods at 6 weeks. Thank you again everyone! Lets stay heavy!

I have a very hard time eating enough food and that's a HUGE part of your cycle. If your not getting enough KAL's in you, you won't get full benefit. Yo brother, thanks for the response! I haven't really been counting the past couple of weeks, Its hard to eat in the morning for me so usually just a protein shake and bar, so around 50 g protein when I start the day. Around noon-2pm I eat 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 cheeseburgers mon-fri, the place I go is right next to my work,, its not fast food, its all flame grilled, but i dont know the stats on the food. When I get off I try to eat, but usually cant get hungry till after my workout. Here is where it gets difficult,, my dad is a chef so i usually eat whatever he cooked and brings me that night. But he's a big time cook, I had 2 steaks last night, a whole can of carrots and peas with 2 bottles of water and a protein shake. But every night differs,, it could be pot roast,, or chicken,, exc.. I snack on almonds throughout the day. I'm off all sweets and haven't had fast food in 2 weeks. My problem is sometimes I really have zero appetite. I hate eating in the AM it makes me feel sick, like im forcing myself to eat. I have a list of things I need to get tonight,, Im stocking up on tuna, chicken, eggs, avocados,, exc.. I have the list at home, but any suggestions would be great! I also have 5 turkeys in the deep freezer lol My goal is to have my morning meal, afternoon meal and midday meal, all planned for 5 week days. For dinner I usually stop by my dads or he brings me food, so that one is a hit or miss i guess,, but how could I not eat his food! lol so that is 4 solid meals a day once I get on track, and I always drink protein before bed, so add up all the little things I ate throughout the day + the 4 meals,, should be a decent intake right?
