Thanks guys. There is some good looking nurses round here. I do get sponge bathed too. I had this girl in here the other nite just rubbing me down and helping me bathe. She's a good friend. Im in a neck brace. In the hospital. I stink. I'm broken. But still peeled a good looking girl to give me a handjob and wipe my butt. On a serious note, I'm in horrible pain today. Years and years of training has taken its toll on me. I had at the time, a small neck and back injury. I'm a dumb guy who thinks he can train thru every injury. That was not the case this time. While doing an overhead press with dumbbells, I heard a ripping noise. And that was that...

Damn bro! Looks like your vertebrae is pressing on your spinal cord. Thank God it wasn't worse! What does your diagnosis? What are they doing in surgery? Should everything be 100% after rehab?

2 herniated discs. Another so bad it's lodged into my spinal chord. They will try and clean it up and repair me with pins and bolts also using cadaver bone and my bone as well. There is a chance they will have to remove a small piece of my spine cuz the disc is pretty lodged in there. That would slow me down for good. I'm also looking at long term pain management...
