4 weeks into Body Opus diet and just 100mg/wk TRT

Im in , just TRT and this diet plus more cardio and a higher rep routine.

My last keto diet I ate spinach/romaine leaves plus the olive oil . Will probably include this for one meal like just like your meal #4 . Low sodium cheese is also great for hunger pains .

Tired alot (expected) from no carbs, going to keep my good fats high . It will be worth it to lose some weight , the sleep apnea comes back when I gain too much weight around my neck . And I hate the Cpap mask/machine . Doc said to lose some weight , including some muscle . So Im going for a new look . More athletic and less Hulk /bulk. At least until I can see my obliques/serritus muscles like Demon ;).

Still coming down in weight. I've weighed as low as 208 in the morning on an empty stomach, carb days will actually pack close to 10 lbs on me and I'm back to just under 220. getting much more vascular lately, starting to really feel the hunger now later into the week. I don't wanna lose muscle mass and I'm getting down in that area faster than I expected. I'm planning on beginning a cycle after Xmas, nothing crazy. Primo will have to wait due to money , I'm going to run 500/wk eq, 200/wk test e, and last 6 wks of cycle I'm gonna shoot 50mg day of oil base winny. 10 week cycle
 
Keto dinner is : 6oz chicken/6oz asparagus & butter/plus pork rinds & olive oil .
Pork rinds are great zero carb snacks with low calories , cover them w/ one oz olive oil for more good fats (note: watch the olive oil -- can be high in calories)

UPDATE 12-9

currently down to 206 lbs first thing in a.m., dropping quicker than I was thinking. Today I'm flat as hell, really looking forward to the carbs this weekend. I think this is probably the point that I'm going to begin reintroducing carbs into post workout meals. I wanted to get down to a good foundation to begin my next cycle. I thought I'd hold out until springtime to run one but I'm going to push it forward to just after the new year. Decided to go with 500/wk EQ, 200/wk test e, and 50mg 5x/wk oil based winstrol the last 6 weeks of the 10 week cycle. My plan is to get back to around 210-220 lbs in same condition
How do you like low carb as opposed to keeping carbs in? I believe you always kept carbs in while dieting in the past.
The difference is this; low carbs are working faster but my pump is gone a lot more and the vascularity just isnt there until carb days. But what it's done for me is put me at a better starting point to reintroduce carbs. So my plan is to reintroduce them solely pre and post workout and work my way back up in size while holding same condition . Ive always been anti-carb deprived dieting but I dont think I had fats high enough in the past. 100 grams a day of fats doesn't cut it for me on this approach, I need more like 200/day
 
I'd say this approach is good for a solid 8 weeks, thereafter u just need SOME carbs. I'm right at the point where this is about as low as in willing to drop without reintroducing carbs back in

I eat pork rinds myself, one bag is 400 calories, exactly what my cal count is with almost each meal throughout the day
 
back 3.png last day on no carbs this week, going to carb tomm. Probably a couple waffles for breakfast with some oats/yogurt/protein shake pwo late morning. Tonight has been rough, getting hungrier!! Not really irritable, just hungry. My level of dipping Grizzly wintergreen is up lately (I know, bad habit), had a bag of pork rinds tonight to hold me off. Still one more meal to go, probably won't sleep that much tonight, sleep seems to get slightly worse at the tail end of the week. I've been taking GABA to help me relax and I've increased it to about 3 caps a day now.

CJC-1295 seems to be going well, I think it's helped me drop a little fat quicker. I'm using huperzine-A with it at 200mcg/day to increase the effects. No cardio in past several weeks, just don't need it right now, my rest periods are short between sets. Strength dropping a tad, 105's on incline bench felt pretty tough last workout. I think I got 8 reps with those. Feeling flat, looking forward to carb up tomm and possibly Monday, it's been 6 days since my last carb day. Not quite sure where bf% is, I'd guess around 6-7%. I'm willing to drop about 6 more lbs and that is going to be the point I begin my EQ/winny run. Havent done a shot of test in 2 weeks now due to bloodwork and Doc visit next week.

I think the 5-7.5mg/day Cialis is helping with blood flow and pumps despite low carbs. I'm guilty lately of drinking a sugar free monster pre-workout, today was 2 diet cokes to try to fill my stomach up with something. Holding rt now at 206 lbs in the morning on empty stomach, total loss of 18 lbs so far. Looking forward to seeing a harder look/more vascularity once I begin EQ @ 500/wk and the oil based winny the last 4 weeks of the 10 week run. I don't want my cholesterol going too high so I'm only running the winny mon-fri @ 50mg/day for last 4 weeks. Dropping 6 more lbs will put me at 200 lbs, a total of a 24 lb weight loss before beginning a real cycle. Rt now just peptides, Cialis, and a few OTC supplements. Will update again early next week after the carbs have had a chance to fill me out some.

Thats a cut back ^^^, alot more cut than mine . Thats what Im gunning for...

This mornings keto breakfast was "Joes Special" , famous in restaurants . Eggs/HB/spinach/parmesean cheese/* . Didnt have *shrooms...lo-carb/hi-protein
