View attachment 54716 last day on no carbs this week, going to carb tomm. Probably a couple waffles for breakfast with some oats/yogurt/protein shake pwo late morning. Tonight has been rough, getting hungrier!! Not really irritable, just hungry. My level of dipping Grizzly wintergreen is up lately (I know, bad habit), had a bag of pork rinds tonight to hold me off. Still one more meal to go, probably won't sleep that much tonight, sleep seems to get slightly worse at the tail end of the week. I've been taking GABA to help me relax and I've increased it to about 3 caps a day now.
CJC-1295 seems to be going well, I think it's helped me drop a little fat quicker. I'm using huperzine-A with it at 200mcg/day to increase the effects. No cardio in past several weeks, just don't need it right now, my rest periods are short between sets. Strength dropping a tad, 105's on incline bench felt pretty tough last workout. I think I got 8 reps with those. Feeling flat, looking forward to carb up tomm and possibly Monday, it's been 6 days since my last carb day. Not quite sure where bf% is, I'd guess around 6-7%. I'm willing to drop about 6 more lbs and that is going to be the point I begin my EQ/winny run. Havent done a shot of test in 2 weeks now due to bloodwork and Doc visit next week.
I think the 5-7.5mg/day Cialis is helping with blood flow and pumps despite low carbs. I'm guilty lately of drinking a sugar free monster pre-workout, today was 2 diet cokes to try to fill my stomach up with something. Holding rt now at 206 lbs in the morning on empty stomach, total loss of 18 lbs so far. Looking forward to seeing a harder look/more vascularity once I begin EQ @ 500/wk and the oil based winny the last 4 weeks of the 10 week run. I don't want my cholesterol going too high so I'm only running the winny mon-fri @ 50mg/day for last 4 weeks. Dropping 6 more lbs will put me at 200 lbs, a total of a 24 lb weight loss before beginning a real cycle. Rt now just peptides, Cialis, and a few OTC supplements. Will update again early next week after the carbs have had a chance to fill me out some.
