Recovery. And life after surgery.

Not bad. I woke up kinda hurting but it passes when I get up and moving. No need for pain pills. Just gonna keep it moving today. I noticed I'm getting tired around 6-7 pm after running around all day. Other then that I'm making a nice Recovery. I go in for x-rays any day to determine how well this hardware is gonna hold up.
That's great bro. Keep us posted.

Very impressed with the whole process. Unfortunately the part where I sit around and heal for 3 months before I can even consider resistance training is gonna chap my ass. Trust and believe I'll be on meso, just waiting to get back in there. A brother of mine here at meso has blessed me with a plethora of get big meds. I'm feeling optimistic.

Hey Brother, I was suppose to have a double artificial disc replacement surgery in my neck but I'm passing on it since I'm way better due to taking my 3 weeks of vacation recently just resting.

Get that rest man, honestly. Prior to canceling this surgery my doctor stressed to me the importance of not doing any weight training until he approves it.

I know this sucks but you'll be back better than ever after these months are over. In the meantime, continue to help the Meso brothers out with your knowledge.

Ya, most definitely brother. It's tuff bro. I can't lie. I'm getting depressed. Watching years of hard work go away. I dunno, maybe it's in my head. I been out of surgery a month now. The surgeon finally got to explain to me that they were able to replace the 2 discs with no fusion. That's gonna reduce the amount of time I'm out significantly. Thank God. I have lost range of motion in my left arm tho. Most of the pain is from nerves. One of the discs removed exploded and there are still tiny fragments in my spinal chord. I'm not taking any pain pills at all. I'm gonna start to rehab any day now. Resistance bands and stuff like that. I'll know more on my next follow up on the 4th. I'll keep ya posted Brother. Thanks for posting bro. :)
Merry Christmas to you and yours...

Doc says I gotta keep outa the gym for another 2 months... Kinda bummed, but it's to be expected... X-ray showed my hardware is taking nicely, that my vertebrae are not showing any resistance towards the 2 new discs they put in... I go back next month for another X-ray to see the status... After another 30 days I can lift, but only a TOTAL of 25 lbs... Time for me to study nutrition, training, supps and peds. Research Research and more Research... I'm hoping to be able to train Olympic style when it's it's all said and done...

Good to hear you're on the mend my friend.
No need to rush your return to the gym, you'll kill it regardless!

I'm starting to see the bigger picture now. I had this fantasy I'd be under light weights getting a pump after only a month.... How wrong I was. Docs like ya, if you wanna pop those brand new discs out already... I guess it takes time for my vertebrae to fuse to the new discs... I'm just gonna get balls deep in nutrition. Study training. Most importantly get this new Hep C treatment and give back to the community of meso. I know a shit ton of great athletes here who have Hep C and are curious about this new treatment. I might even start a thread if I do this treatment... I know of one athlete here who passes the virus in 8 weeks and didn't miss a day of training while on the new treatment harvoni...

TY brutha. Much appreciated. At least I'll know I'm in good shape when the time comes... All I can think about is that next blast. Test and deca it's looking like.

I know it's been stated before but get that rest bro. Give yourself plenty time to heal. We all here cheering you on during your recovery. Muscle memory is real. You will be back in no time.

DON'T RUSH THINGS!!!

Peace Big Guy

Thanks brutha. I've come to terms that I'm not super human and will have to pump the breaks in order to make a full recovery....

Muscle memory is no joke. I put on close to 30lbs of muscle since September. Out of gym until at least next week though. Can't wait to get back I've only done a little var and Trt dosage. Once I get back and chest is healed I'm going to run a long lean bulk cycle.
