Pineapple stuff london broil, a big ass swordfish steak, 2 portabello caps, and a cup of brown rice. Hells yes!

Been years since ive had it, couldnt remember if i liked it haha.

It was excellent though, great flavor and consistency! Just pan seared it but i bet it would be killer on the grill!

I like it better than tuna, to me its like tuna but more moist. Firm white meat too. And your right, it is excellent on the grill.
