Nothing wrong with that meal...I be low carbing everyday ! :D

Actually Ive been carb-cycling by feel...if I feel like low carbs for the day I go low carb . If I start losing too much weight I have a medium carb day . Instead of a high-carb-up day I just have a high carb-up meal , one . Sometimes high carb/calorie days lead to failure , for me so I can only have one carb-up meal .
I adopted this from several well known BB"ers.

That's right sir. You know what your body needs. Gotta feel it out. Something doesn't feel right or like its lacking....give it what it's asking for!! Listen to your body! By eye construction!!
 
My body says eat every carb ever and pick heavy shit up.... I donno.

Doesnt work when you get older . High carbs/calories lead to high fat in old guys . If I dont pace my carbs my stomach gets huge and my blood sugar skyrockets . Its called "metabolic syndrome" and you"ll learn more about it in a few years...;)

Listen to what your body needs to accomplish your ultimate goal is what I'm saying....if your ultimate goal is to be a diabetic fat fuck....then please sir by all means....eat candy and loaves of wonder bread all day and night. For me personally I have to eat at least an equal amount of carbs because my job is physically strenuous. So I need the carbs. But I can tell when my gut is bloated and my appetite is lower, then I'm most likely past my need for carbs. At the same time the mirror shows you if your eating to many carbs....I get it though....I wanna eat fuckin bread and cereal constantly lol

I had a ham & cheese sandwich last night , without the bread ! It sucks but my carb limit had been reached and thats that . Part of BBing is suffering . In the gym and out...
