What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Only thread I can post in where I don't get bashed lol. You guys mind if I stay in here for now on? I promise not to venture out at night and play with fire lol... fire is bad lol.

Except when you use fire to cook lol.

Anyway hopefully I'll be posting more bulk eating for another week or two then I'll post up how I cut. Usually involves carb loading. Actually I feel better on less carbs but for strength and lifting I just feel like I need it.

Some smoke meat ( wild pig) and scrambled eggs and a bowl of strawberries, blueberries topped with yogurt, ( didnt take a pic).

Meal prep for the next few days, this is my lunch and my post workout meal. Lunch will be with 1 cup brown rice, post workout will be 1 cup white rice. This dieting thing fucking sucks this year for some reason... It's 7.5 oz of smoked top sirloin with garlic cashew green beans.
