feeling lazy today, got a premade lunch from Market Basket. if you guys want to read a true American hero story read up on MB and the DeMoulas family.

it's one of the last family run supermarkets left where I am from. it's a huge company and it was being dismantled from within by a fueding family. the whole thing turned into a major debacle publicly. One of the family members, Artie T. DeMoulas, and the entire labor base AND patrons went on strike. we all shopped in different stores and refused to come back. workers didn't go to work, distribution centers were shut down etc. after all the mud slinging and embarrassing shit that went down the offending folks sold off their share of the company to Artie T and the family company moves right along.

it was one of the most amazing political pushes I've ever seen.

Stuff is pretty tasty... see where it goes... needed something with a kick cuz my T still coming back at 182

The type of caffeine that doesn't upset your stomach. It's dehydrated and supposedly more potent. I just picked up 3cc Juice ... and I ain't counting on it but Boss Sports is going to send me a "New Potent" batch of freak juice after sending me a bad batch of it....

Anyway Dudes I miss this thread. Barely anytime to eat and some how I'm weighing at 257-260. Well tonight I just couldn't help myself.. In 5 hours I ate:

1lb of grilled tilapia, cocktail sauce
1 cup of rice, 2 scoops of whey/water 32 ounce

12 ounces of tenderloin pork with a mustard whiskey glaze
Sweet potato

8 scrambled eggs
1/2 cup of oats, peanut butter, 1 scoop of true nutrition protein blend I have left over...

No pics but yeah I'm feeling full and I'm suppose to take my gf out for her Post Workout meal at 11PM lol what's open at 11PM in NYC.... every damn thing!!! Lol

Hope everyone's well... I seriously miss this thread.

How is it?? I like their energy drinks (not that i drink energy drinks often) but i didn't realize they made a preworkout.
 
No its just plain brown rice.

Oh I see that... shit; sorry. The rice looks moist. When I make brown rice which i started this week again... gets all dry. I stopped eating vegetables on my bulk. I can't get over 260lb. I started Tren Ace monday and a few guys in the gym told me it makes more sense to bulk on blast and just cut on a cruise. One guy said don't cut until the tren makes you lose your appetite or it may not.

I love vegetables but it's another thing to cook and they dont do a whole lot towards hitting my nutrition goals for the day so i am guilty of neglecting them sometimes.

I only eat veggies now on a cut or a late night dinner with no carbs... my logic is I only have one stomach so I need to pack it with energy or else I'm screwed lol.
