Underground Bodybuilding Secrets

So I came across this video from enhanced athlete where Coach Trevor talks about a pain killer that the pros use that sounds insane. I would never consider doing any of this shit but I'm interested in always learning new things about the lengths people go to to train and win. Anyone know of any of the other crazy things the pros do to train harder?

Video didn't post.

Maybe I've never trained hard enough (which I think I train hard) but I've never had the thought of using pain killers to go hard in the gym. I always need a wheelchair 2 days after leg* day but not painkillers

nubain isn't really a "secret" - Nasser El Sonbaty talked about it in greater detail in a circa 2008 interview.

My parents weren't in the bodybuilding scene in the 90s but in the 70s and 80s for sure. Never heard of using it for bodybuilding.

I remember first training legs when I was younger. It was very painful and pushing hard was tuff. This is probably why a lot of guys don't train legs.
I got over it by tricking/programming my mind. I told myself every workout: this pain feels great, I love it, oh this feel awesome. After saying this over and over I started to believe it and to this day I love the pain.

I don't mind training legs until I have to climb poles at work after leg day lol.

Thats the key!
Nothing and i mean nothing is funnier than a dude that wont train legs.
No, a runners lower body and a bodybuilders upper body dont mix
They look like a fucking retard.
Have.to.squat
Nice post

Anyone do seated, isolated, single-arm, dumbbell-curl negatives? They got my little biceps very sore when I'd been having to hit 30 to 50 sets of different variations of curls to even begin to get them sore.
