That's not good. Get to the doc or better yet the hospital. They have access to all the diagnostic tools right there

I'm trying to get outsourced since the soonest I can get in for an appointment with the cardiologist is April. I went to the doc today but that was a massive waste of fucking time.

Still been laying low. Did an easy workout today. Slow paced.
Bench 245 6x4. 225 1x15
Incline DB 100 4x6
Pull-ups 3x10
Russian Twist 3x20
Side Plank with reach through 3x20
Called it quits after that. Felt much better. Just gonna stay hydrated and see what these next few weeks bring.

Fucking Drs. Bro. You looked better today than you did Friday. Rest up. This will pass.

Thanks man. I definitely feel much better this week. I actually just ran into the gym quick to pay my dues and then I had to jet. I worked out quick after class.
Been trying to think of what it could have been. Maybe it was just a one time thing but I dropped the sarms just to be safe. Wasn't noticing much from them anyways.

Going to give this a shot. Stolen straight from James Steel at basbarbell. Never done a clean pull before, let alone fricken 15 sets of one.... but I'll try it out.
Tomorrow is an upper body day, but I'll toss these in at the start.
Hang Cleans:
155x3
185x2
220x2
250 - 12x1
Going to do some upper chest focus and rowing movements after that. Then attempt rugby practice as well. Been feeling much better lately.

That car is a piece of shit I hate it. You should see the other persons car... slight discoloration on her bumper that is it.
Someone so much as sneezes in my direction it'll knock the wheels off.
Hell atleast no one got hurt and hopefully you'll get a good insurance pay out on it.

Well I'm working out at a very slow pace. Can't seem to push myself like I used to, so I'm going to follow a program that builds on my 10RM for 4 weeks, then my 5RM for 4 weeks, then my 3RM. See where that gets me.
Here's the first week.

Very light stuff. Will increase heavy days by 5% each week and for light days it will always be 85% of the heavy weight I did. Will do this for 4 weeks, unless I feel I can do another 2 weeks and still get some benefit out of it.

So I actually did some paused reps of bench 225 with chains yesterday so I was a bit sore today, but the workout was pretty easy.

Bench 205 3x10
Pull-ups 3x10
Incline DB 75 3x10
Barbell Row 165 3x10
DB Shoulder Press 55 3x10
Laterals 3x10 20,25,35
Reverse Cable Pull 3x10 at pin #3

pretty easy. Doing legs tomorrow.

I hope it's totaled. To fix the headlight and right panel was estimated at $3200 so hopefully this equates to a lot more. I actually had errands to run yesterday so I drove the thing for a few hours afterwards which doesn't give me much hope for it being totaled. I should have asked the lady to back into it a few times.

Car is totaled. Not sure what to get. Looking at a few things but still on the fence.

Took today off to run errands.
Yesterday I did legs.
3x10 @ 245 squat
Deadlift 3x10 @ 285
Reverse lunge with 35 DB
some extensions and curls, calves, 3x10 bicep curls at 60 and 3x10 rope push downs at 60.

I ended up leaving rugby so I might start a cycle in the next week or so.
