New body scanning machine...Fit3D

This is sick. It gets all your measurements and body fat. My gym has one. Look it up its awesome.

It showed me 15 percent BF. Also all my measurements as it scanned me. These are unflexed hands to my side.

It has a scanner and it scans you as you spin slowly. Very hightech. Not many gyms have one.

How are thse measurements also?

It says I am in 89th percentile.

You cant wear clothes on machine to get real measurments. So I wasnt cheating lol.

Then they email you all the info and you can track and compare to others, and yourself. I didnt look into it I am tired.

I looked at the Fit3d site to see what that machine looks like and it sure is pretty darn cool.

Almost looked like a scaled down airport body scanner. I'm just curious as to how accurate it is as it reminds of bioelectric impedance machines that a lot of gyms and supplement stores use.

Yes it does look like a stripped-down airport body scanner.

Not sure of the accuracy of the machine either...looking for some reviews and other info on it.

If I read it right is said it uses an algorithm to determine LBM.

Really depends on who wrote the algorithm lol. If I did the coding that shit would be way off!

I get 2 free ones. SO I would assume I can a couple free ones every renewed membership.
