I'll be starting this blast on April 1:

[Pharmacom] Test Phenylpropionate @ 400mg Weekly [10 Weeks] [01/2017]

[Penche] Tren A/Component TH 400mg Weekly [10 Weeks] [03/2017]

[Pharmacom] Subutramine 15mg ED [10 Weeks] [03/2017]

[Pharmacom] Anastrozole .5mg EOD [11 Weeks] [03/2017]

Pinning schedule will be Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat evenings... Fasted cardio will be 3 times a week, doing :30 min sessions...I don't honestly have any weight/BF goals, just gonna see where I can get [emoji6]

BF pinched at 14% last night, I'll update that on April 1...

Diet:

I'll be eating 6 times a day (steak/chicken/fish/egg whites/brown rice/greens) Protein will be at approximately 300 daily, Carbs at 150-200 daily, with my last carb meal after the gym at 5pm...I'm going with zero cheat meals on this one!!!

One week left, had a cheat meal yesterday morning at a new Restaraunt in town...Buttermilk pancakes stuffed with Ham, Bacon, Sausage, and peppers!! Had a few drinks with the wifey last night too [emoji51][emoji51]
