I will keep you posted, maybe tomorrow will be a 2nd leg day for me, or just a free lift day. Just do what I want...
You could maybe look into Smolov for bench if you want to work on strength, but can't really do lower body.

Slow and steady bro. If there is a chance you CAN build yourself back up it's worth it. It has taken me years to get my leg back into working order. I always thought all I'd do with them is walk and now I'm squating more than ever.OK, I'm sure i can't, but it was a hope anyway... Thanks both of you...
Great day for me in the gym today. I haven't squat free weights in years due to my back. I started at 160, yes child's play for most, but i went up easy. I said hell with it, went to 235 and got 3 and could have got 5 i think. That's a huge milestone for me... Sorry @Ickyrica not hi-jacking your thread, just the update i promised...Slow and steady bro. If there is a chance you CAN build yourself back up it's worth it. You know your limits, good luck man!
Had to be at work super early so my gym session shifted to the p.m.
Short and sweet. I'm taking a quick lower body deload. I want my hip to heal up and I've been getting some very good numbers for me in recent weeks so I'm guessing an easy few days will be OK.
Bench
135 X 10
185 X 5
225 X 5
275 X 3
315 X 3
355 X 1
355 X 1
355 X 1
Rackpulls
135 X 10
245 X 5
335 X 5
385 X 3
425 X 3
475 X 1
Really, an all around easy day. I feel like another 20# on bench would be no problem. I'm hoping that's more around 385# come comp time.
Still have Dbol in my toolbox...
Just when you think you escaped the underground you get pulled back inAs soon as my PPL bloods come in I'm never going back in...
Been farting around the gym pretending to be strong these past few days. Keeping the blood pumping for the balance of the week.
I do have news on two fronts. 1 - I've decided to kinda go all in with the supplement stash. I ordered some Test base, Tren base and halo. I also ordered some test prop and eq but that's for way down the road. I'm ready for war
And 2 - the PL comp was cancelled due to not enough participants. I immediately signed up for another one on May 20th. I'm a little dissapointed but in a way I'm glad I have more time to prep. Maybe just enough time to hit 1500?
These past few days have been strange on Meso. I've ventured out of the training and nutrition and general discussion areas. I feel dirty now. It's a different world in the underground....
I spent 16 weeks training for a meet that was cancelled last weekend. Wasn't very happy about it but what can you do?
I spent about the last 2 weeks reading the underground tsl thread. It was a great way for me to get a feel for people on meso. A different world to say the very least.
I was a bit upset at first but I figure the extra time will be good for me.I spent 16 weeks training for a meet that was cancelled last weekend. Wasn't very happy about it but what can you do?

I'm not sure I knew you powerlifted. The powerlifting section is the most chill part of Meso though, stick around awhile. I don't really follow any underground threads anymore. What's happening over on the TSL thread?
I did a thread in the new member introduction area and then got sucked into the underground. I will be hanging around this area a lot more now lol. A few members have kind of taken over the tsl thread with rambling garbage of insulting each other. I did learn a lot in those 500+ pages. Mainly the members who are honestly here to help and share knowledge.
So yeah I do powerlifting and love it. Been using sheiko for a while now. Roughly 1.5 years.
X2 the underground is drama filled. Venture into the sub forums you see that we are pretty chill and most the guys are extremely helpful with training routines and programing. Just a lot of good info.Yes, I remember your intro now. Just didn't remember the username. Hop in on any of these threads over here, we all kick it pretty much all the time. Talk about lifting, gear, life, whatever.
I guess we ramble sometimes over here, too, but less insults, less shilling and more overall quality content.
I ran the Sheiko four day routine last year. It worked well for me.
