I also go through a trt clinic. They only test me when I ask.

I will see what doc in my area that can do that as I am sure a lot of trt docs are very strict.
 
Yeah they can be. That's why I go through a trt clinic in Florida. There's a clinic in Florida that does a la carte.

They have pharma grade:

Expensive as fuck though. $180 for 10ml vial.
Are you living down there or is it an online thing with you having to go get bloodwork drawn for them on your own? Getting curious because I'm sure this is in my future...

I'm in GA. Got put on to a rep. I've used this a la carte once just to expensive. I do use a trt clinic in Florida. They send me everything via mail. AI, HCG, Test, B12 concoction if you choose. They have GH as well. The trt price is decent.
Yes you pay for blood work on your own. They order up the panel send you the requisition. Then take it to LabCorp. After that no lab work. Only if you ask.
 
Had an hour to kill so I went and did some squats. All low bar

Feel OK about the workout. My knee is sore but I think that's the weather believe it or not. My hip is still sore in the same spot, convinced I pulled it a little.

Something else I am noticing is I'm dehydrated all the time now. That's gotta be from sweating at night from tren. More water por favor : )

And where the Fuck are my new knee and wrist wraps!!! Inzer says they've shipped, can't find a tracking number though!! o_O
 
I thought going to NY would be my break. That was a lie. I got a little cold didn't eat much, lost some weight and didn't get any quality rest.

I love seeing all the progress and also hearing about the shitty days. It's motivation.

Sorry to hear it wasn't better for you. It's wicked shitty up in the north east right now, haven't seen much sun in about a week. I'm guessing NY was overcast as well?

This place definitely motivates me, too. Joining Meso about fifteen months ago absolutely 100% has made me a better lifter through knowledge, friendly competition and motivation.

Joining MESO and finally getting out of the underground has made an immense difference for me as well Especially with @Perrin Aybara nd @RodgerThat helping switch my programming. Love the deficit pulls. Can't wait to start pulling off a 6 inch box.
 
I did that last night after my workout as got delayed pain in my shoulders after so many heavy sets on incline and flat bench. Today is legs and hope my knees stay quiet lol.

You have 295. IMO without any video feedback. Make sure scaps are retracted, upper back on the bench nice arch as the bar touches your lower chest, lats and leg drive should synchronized to get the weight moving. You probably can get 300, if your this close on a few attempts with 295. Make sure to keep elbows tucked at 45° angle as you descend.

I definitely need to get video but it sure is hard when my gym is crowded. Will go at a time when it is less crowded to be able to video my lifts.
 
I finally got some suggestions for apps to record my videos and censor my face.
For bench and squat I can wear a cap pulled low and positioning the camera so that my face is obscured by equipment. Deadlift vids are a bit harder but again wearing a cap pulled low and shadowing my face can work too.

I should check out apps or programs to edit my face in videos. @Perrin Aybara would like that idea too.

You can also edit out any recognizable scars and tattoos as well.

I agree 100% with you. Since joining I've become a better lifter and person actually. A lot more knowledgeable with what I'm putting in my body also.

I probably look like a douche recording my lifts all the time. I don't care though, I need the visual feedback. I'll always record my last few ramp up sets on heavy days because my mind lies to me about how hard they are and the video never lies. That way I can properly choose my heavy set.
