Last nights dinner 
I've really been into the "Joe Rogan" way of cooking red meat. Low and slow on the pellet grill, then put in a cooler for 15 minutes when it's close to done (I do 124f). After that, sear in a hot cast iron on both sides, let sit for another 10 minutes or so loosely covered with foil... Comes out great! I love fried eggs on my red meat, too! Oh, and a bit of Scotch to finish the weekend!
