It's not to often I have all the kids and my girl for the entire weekend. It's truly been a great weekend. We were to the gym by 6:00 this morning, come home had a protein shake, took a nap and then cooked for everyone. Great start to a very wet, rainy day here.
6 eggs white for breakfast
Whey protein shake
Meal prep lunch

Casein shake
Meat protein, yogurt and veggies cooked on the side for snacks. Sometimes I throw in steel cut oats if I can stomach eating more. Pic of my prepared meals.

only way to roll.I finally converted to propane upright smoker.
All my life I used a conventional smoker then my great wife bought me the propane one..... I'll never look back.
It maintains 220* and I am free to do what ever I want
Two words. Cold beerYou can get them relatively cheap... I use an offset charcoal smoker but I'd like to get an electric one for days I feel like just setting it and forgetting it. Charcoal has to be babied all. Day. Long. It's not so bad on nice days though.
