What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

It's not to often I have all the kids and my girl for the entire weekend. It's truly been a great weekend. We were to the gym by 6:00 this morning, come home had a protein shake, took a nap and then cooked for everyone. Great start to a very wet, rainy day here.

Miserable weather bro, misery. I have an Arthritic spine.... so this weather just sucks. I can't wait to move.

Thanks for the warm welcome, it is my first time.

Currently:
202lbs, 6'0ft, 7-8% bf
Bench: 275x6 (have hit 315 but not quite there again yet)
Squat: 315x8
Deadlift: 365x6

Goals after cycle:
225-230lbs, 6'4ft, 5-7%bf
Bench: 405
Squat: 425
Dealift: 465

Just started cycle 1 week ago... consist of:

GP Test-E/ EQ blend:
Wks 1-15 400/400mg

GP Tren-E:
Wks 5-15 400mg

HGH Graytops 4iu 5on 2off
Wks 1-52
 
I finally converted to propane upright smoker.

All my life I used a conventional smoker then my great wife bought me the propane one..... I'll never look back.

It maintains 220* and I am free to do what ever I want
only way to roll.
You can get them relatively cheap... I use an offset charcoal smoker but I'd like to get an electric one for days I feel like just setting it and forgetting it. Charcoal has to be babied all. Day. Long. It's not so bad on nice days though.
Two words. Cold beer
