What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

About ten hours or so? Rested for another hour. It was actually done much sooner than ten hours, I just didn't believe the thermometer was right.... Thought it was picking up the ambient heat in the smoker but it was right after all. The flat was perfectly cooked, the point was a little over but was still great... Just falling apart.
It looks like a good time dude :) makes me impatient for better weather
 
You can get them relatively cheap... I use an offset charcoal smoker but I'd like to get an electric one for days I feel like just setting it and forgetting it. Charcoal has to be babied all. Day. Long. It's not so bad on nice days though.
I finally converted to propane upright smoker.

All my life I used a conventional smoker then my great wife bought me the propane one..... I'll never look back.

It maintains 220* and I am free to do what ever I want

Nothing better than perfectly smoked meat!
 
I have the Wesson Electric Smoker and we also have a huge home made smoker to do an entire Pig. The problem it I keep them at the vacation home, not here.

1 cup oatmeal
2 scoops optimum nutrition whey
Couple handfuls of spinach and kale
Some fresh blueberries and strawberries
Couple big spoons of plain Greek yogurt
1 cup of egg whites
1 cup of Kroger low carb milk
1 cup of Fairlife milk

Dinner tonight two lean beef patties with Colby jack and spicy hummus. Vegetables and a banana on the side.
in the background of beef patties is that a- this is what five pounds of fat looks like display?
