Not a question about buying the containers it's about committing to the weekly prep that goes into it. A few people I know tried it for a week and couldn't commit to it. I do my prepping on Sundays and I keep Monday -Wednesday in the fridge and Thursday through Sunday in the freezer

Their not as big as your pic makes em out to be. They are only 28 oz. That sucks. The ones i got are bigger. But 7 for $10 is very good

Meat protein, yogurt and veggies cooked on the side for snacks. Sometimes I throw in steel cut oats if I can stomach eating more. Pic of my prepared meals.

Yeah in my dreams lol. Thought I'd throw that in there for the hell of it, joking of course. I've lifted all of this before but I'm coming back from a hip injury so I know with the right training and diet I can get back there again. That was years ago though. Early 20's

Spend most my life there. Whatchu know bout country livin city boyeeeee?

I know enough that the food is so much fresher.... strange too. I was near West Point and stopped for some grub. And I got a lunch special of Stuffed Shrimp with crabmeat and a salad and the shrimp were amazingly fresh. Burgers were better, pizza was so/so. Can't beat the five boroughs water pizza/bagels. But the girls were mostly Tom boys which meant they were easy as hell and fun. Stayed for 6 months in my cabin/house while I worked in a power plant with like 10 welders.

What kind of bullshit is this GWT... Do you ever think for yourself?. I quess if Harvard say's it and your govmnt say's it....It must be true. For gods sake man, don't waste your time doing any research.... LOL.....
