I just bought a sack of this as wellThe last month Ive been using Serious Mass Vanilla by ON . Its hard to believe its got over 1200 calories and 50gms of protein in only 2 scoops . Its doesnt seem to bloat me either which I like . It mixes great in my shaker bottle too...12lbs for $48 w/discount Vitamix.com .

Sounds like your feeling it from your previous post, Get after it!!Its not something I do all the time , because usually squats and deads are separate days . But for the Ultimate lower body work-out , squats followed by deadlifts![]()
