What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Just had some great shrimp tacos that I whipped up. No fat sour cream, salsa, and some guacamole. Outstanding. Also just grabbed some protein powder from NUTRABIO. Couple guys at the gym been talking about how great it is. It better be for the price.

Todays leg workout was a 350lbs 5x5 squat followed by a 350lbs 5x5 deadlift .

I checked out that serious mass. 600 mg of sodium per serving. [emoji54]. That's still a lot of tempting calories.

When Im bulking I dont care about sodium or calories or my LDL levels . I spend enough time in the year trying to eat healthy but not now .
I might bulk all summer , Im really feeling it ..:) lol
