wasn't even at the gym. Reached out to get my phone while laying in bed elbow felt funny for a sec then it went numb/pins and needles fuckin weird feeling. Doc thinks I have inflammation in my elbow (maybe tendon?) that's pressing a nerve when I extend my arm
told me to stop straining it and give it a few weeks to a month before we worry about it. So I guess I'm just going to make the leg press my bitch for the next month and see if I can't add an inch or 2 to my quads

Cat shirtJust jersey shorts and a t-shirt for me. I have almost no experience with leg press, all i know is all the dudes at my gym that use it religiously have legs that look like they don't lift. I just think there's better options.
I agree man. I would say 60% of the dudes at my gym don't work out legs at all. The ones that are only do leg presses. Some go heavy most don't. I can still squat but I only go lite with higher reps. It's more of a cardio thing for me. I talked about this before with a few of the other vets here. I have fractured my back and have blown out knee that was never repaired. I have to utilize others leg exercises and do legs 3 X week and have definitely made progress. When I do Leg press I'm hitting 5 X12 1000lb three times a week.Just jersey shorts and a t-shirt for me.
