How far have we came? Let's see some before / progress pictures ... Curious of the meso

Not bad for 4 months of lifting. Bet at end of your cycle you'll be looking quite solid. Were you naturally skinny? Ectos seem to have difficulty in putting on size, but you seem to have done quite well.
Im not an ecto. Ive always had an athletic build and put on muscle fairly quickly. Im an endo if anything. The pic of me being skinny as hell a few months ago was a result of eating less than 1500 cals/day and lower than 1000 cals many days. No bullshit. I thought i was eating healthy but wasn't eating nearly enough to even maintain my usual weight(around 180 natural and about 190 when lifting). So, my progress is a combination of upping my cals to over 3000/day, muscle memory and just recently a low test/mast run.

Ok my bad just thought you were, judging from that before pic. Props for keeping the active lifestyle. On my case I was more endo as I was real fat through childhood. It was not till I was a teen I became more active.

Ectomorph = tall, skinny build
Endomorph = athletic build, not skinny not fat
Mesomorph = heavy set, tendency to put on weight quickly and lose it with difficulty
So, you would've been a Meso if you were fat

You got meso and endo mixed around.
Remember mesomorph...mesmorizing. They are always the most impressive. Best of both worlds
