Hey guys,
Im thinking about fasting on only water for 21 days. I've done some research, and I've read the body will go into ketosis on day 3 or 4. And the body will not even be that hungry, and the tounge will turn white. When true hunger returns it will be felt in the back of the throat and the tounge will return to being pink and that's when the body has run through natural fat stores. I also read, that the body is also detoxed, and is cleansed and rebooted in a way that can do things like even alleviate high blood pressure. It definitely seems like a hardcore way to run a cut. And i think I may attempt it.
Any advice will be appreciated.
