Masterone 400 or 600mg.

Any big difference in using masterone at 600gm vs. 400mg per week? I know some of you are big fans of mast and have probably tried differing amts. per week.
 
Ultimately it depends on what else you're running, what you want out of it, and goals. But, I find 600mg far more "effective" than 400mg. I like to run 200mg with my hrt or 600-800 for a cycle and skip the mid level doses.
 
600mg/wk is where it's at for Me. I always ran it at 300mg/wk in the past and didn't notice much but ran 600mg with just 200mg of test cyp and got stronger than I did on tren ace, npp or large amounts of test. That's just how it did me. Love it

This is pretty much what I was looking for. Gonna bump.
 
Watch your cholesterol because masteron does affect it more so that most compounds. So watch your red meat intake (limit it) eat clean and lean proteins and make sure cardio is added to also help keep cholesterol in check. Always good to get blood work done mid cycle.
 
Can u supplement with fiber pills and be just as affective?
For mast and test probably- but my bloods have never gotten bad from even high dose mast, it effects lipids less than most, if not all, others in my experience. Run something like tren or an oral and I've yet to find something that counters the negative effect on lipids.

Pyslium husk is one of the best things around for fiber.

But yes fiber pills work fine. It's good to get a good mix of both soluable and insoluable fiber.

Soluable fiber helps keep the tracks moving by creating a gel.

I soluable fiber helps bulk up the stool and collects cholesterol etc. pretty much it collects the bad things and helps carry out by trapping it.


25-35mg daily in fiber is where you want to be at. Many studies found people with high fiber diets with lower cholesterol.. us body builders tend to forget about this and. Instead resort to cholesterol drugs before really looking at our diets. Make high fiber part of your daily routine and soon you will feel better and see your numbers in overall cholesterol improve .

Appreciate the info. My current meal plan I get between 30-40 g of fiber daily from foods. So should I still add some fiber or what I get now is plenty?

More fiber won't hurt. I personally take in around 50g per day.

I get this between supplements and of course my food.
