Besides introducing tren, as a possible continued.. I’m assuming your nutrition isn’t the best since your alkaline phosphates are low... care to share what you typically eat?

Diet has been similar, no significant changes.

My typical diet during the week is a lot of egg whites, few whole eggs, chicken, potatoes, rice, crunchy seaweed, mixed berry smoothies, organic orange juice, homemade chili that contains black beans-corn-green pepper-tomato sauce-onion-garlic-chili powder-paprika-cumin, bananas, sometimes kefir, avocado, sometimes kashi go lean crunch, and eat out on the weekends which consist of either sushi, Mexican food, Mediterranean food, Indian food, and pizza. I do add occasionally iodine salt, black pepper, and garlic salt to my food.

Stopped taking OTC supplements but I do take prescription DHEA.

I really appreciate your response and help with this matter.

Ya bro it's prob a combo of the Tren and a lack of nutrition.... are you eating enough fruits and veggies? Taking a multi? Drinking enough water? I always take a blood test prior to starting my blasts and will only start if everything is perfect. That way mid blast when i pull blood if anything is off i k ow what to blame.

I think I’m getting adequate nutrition but I’ll add vitamin d3 and multi again? Read somewhere that vitamin d deficiency can cause low alkaline phosphatase. And I try to drink enough water.

I’m also confused why my WBC and neutrophils are so high. I wasn’t feeling sick around the time of blood draw.

I’m thinking it’s the tren but I guess I’ll stop the tren and have another blood draw.

My testosterone came out lower too...half of what it usually is

Well shit maybe I should give it another go.... only thing is I don't wanna puff up with a bunch of water weight... can keeping estro in check help keep that down?[/B]

If you keep estrogen in check with Dbol (or any other aromatizing hormone) you will not get puffy. Many people act like Dbol and Deca are such wet compounds and there is nothing you can do about it, and it is not true in the slightest. I personally use Pfizer aromasin, always have, and my estrogen always stays in the 20-30's (I have my dosing pretty dialed in). If you keep estrogen in the 20-30s (even high 30s or low 40s is okay. You might feel better there than in the 20's), you will not bloat. Period. Dbol and nandrolones do not have to be wet. I use NPP and Deca at lower/moderate doses (300-400) even when I cut (obviously not in the final couple weeks of a prep) and I stay dry as hell...Getting your AI dose dialed in by experimenting and doing very frequent blood work for a while will do you wonders in the long run brotha.

@TorroXL red sauce gives me heartburn on tren and boiled crawfish.. I got to be careful how much seasoning to use when I boil and how much I soak them .. And my buddy’s bbq sauce. It’s tangy

I'm not sure on this so if anyone knows please feel free to tell me to fuck off, but...

I think I read somewhere recently that a.i. will not prevent the conversion of dianabol to estrogen, that it is converted by some other method outside of the aromatase enzyme, hence an ai not helping as effectively as it would with regular testosterone conversion.

Again, if anyone is more familiar with this info please chime in and educate me. It's an interesting topic if I'm remembering correctly .

Exemestane works for dbol. What you are referring to is peripherial aromatization, which is uncontrolled by adex or letro. However, exemestane works in this area.

I'm sure you are aware but you did get the lc/ms more sensitive test correct? Tren and deca will throw off your numbers with the standard female hormone panel. Also how much test are you running ?

Help me hash this out...

Starting a cycle real soon...test and deca. Goals are to simply add some sexy bumps...not concerned with weight or athletic improvements. Currently 190, around 12-15% bf. Training will be simple compound lifts with high intensity interval cardio shit...

Trying to hash out my Deca dosage...

I’ll keep test around 300-450. Thought about 600mg of Deca, but the more I think about it, the more I think that dose is a little overkill...I’ve done Deca before at 450 and grew nicely. I probably just answered my own question, but what do y’all think?

600/wk overkill?
