I should add that sleep has been shit and time was a factor so I didn’t do the assistance shit, only the main lifts.
I literally never sleep well unless aided....benzo+THC works wonders(refuse to do this all the time). I wish I could just get some normal, none aided sleep.

Think I need to get into an apnea study, tooGood workout today. Everything was smooth. saw the doctor today about the results of my sleep study. I have about 95 episodes every hour so it looks like a CPAP is in my future. I really hope this helps my sleep bc it sucks to wake up more tired than when you went to bed everyday lol. On the plus side, my heartburn is so bad it’s been limiting my appetite. I’m sitting at around 208lbs right now which is perfect for me bc I can easily cut 10lbs in a couple days to make weight for a meet. Feeling stronger on bench and squats but deadlifts are weaker than before.
