I'm looking to get some feedback on my diet. I am starting out at 5'7" at 195lbs and looking to bulk. I always have trouble sitting down to plain food and trying to finish it. So what I was planning, is every meal (with the exception of my final meal) is going to be blended into liquid form. All of my nutrients will come from whole food, with the exception of some protein powder. Meal 3, 4 and 5 will have veggies included on the side. This is my starting point, and it will increase as I progress.

This diet makes me want to cry.

The solution is simple. Stop sitting down to plain food. Eat something you like, something that's palatable... Learn to cook some kick-ass meals. This egg white cream of rice drink stuff is way way off dude.
 
Clean food doesn’t have to suck. Find some clean recipes and make them fit your macros. Before you know it you’ll be coming up with your own. Instead of forcing down liquid blah all day, you’ll look forward to cooking and eating clean and tasty meals. Your proposed meal plan for a just few weeks will drive you crazy

You’re 100% right, I just need to put some effort into my meals. I should have known this before I made this post. Thanks for being blunt.
 
One thing that helps me tremendously stay on track when I bake all my chicken for the week and make all my beef and whatnot I don’t season it when I cook it. That way throughout the week or even the day I can season it differently to switch things up and it’s not the same taste after the same taste after the same.. yeah it’s still a lot of chicken and a lot of beef so I gotta mix it up and trick myself that it’s different day to day with the different seasonings and combos.
