I was very excited when I found out about true nutrition. The whole system is genius. But honestly, I ordered about 10 different 4lbs bags and didn’t like a single flavor. So I went back to the protein I was using before that tastes delicious.

I like JYM from Jim Stoppani. It’s 45% Casein, 40% whey, 10% egg, and 5% milk. No amino spiking and all the flavors taste amazing (except the natural white chocolate raspberry).
