I used to use lawrys. Nowadays i keep it simple Himalayan rock salt and pepperLast night was thick pork chops — that I soaked in sweet baby rays buffalo sauce!

I like tony chacheres
Its perfect blended salt, pepper and various other peppers. Good on any meat. I just sprinkle it on and serve. Dont really cook with it. Grilling might be ok w/ it thotony chacheres

Steak seasoning... I like just pink salt, pepper and garlic. You can buy Worcestershire seasoning online... That shit is the bomb and it'll give you great grill marks.
This marinade is a game changer:
It's good on any red meat... Especially flank.
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Pink salt & ground pepper
It's important that you whisk fast when you add the oil into the vinegar... It won't emulsify otherwise.
