The bakery I work for send me home with them free or I would probabaly opt for oats. Not too bad though the muffins 8g fiber per muffin and 24g carbs. No fat. 5g protein a piece.

Not having a kitchen sucks.
900 degree wood fired pizza made it all better.
My wife is rocking the keto diet and they have a keto pizza with a cheese crust.
Me and my youngins had meat lover with anchovies.... today was a good day.

How much Eq u usually run?
I needed 600mg a week to feel effects of appetite .was a eq virgin ... I could clean every plate on a table —— actually amazed at the stuff for bulking
Planning my next power bulk around EQ...
I wish I could do higher doses of EQ , I like it but it raises my RBC"s too much and then I have to donate alot more to get it down . Im gonna try 200mg for 12 weeks on top of the 500 test-e and keep it low....it"ll work good enough !

Well , heres the new kitten . Her name be Lil' Flo (Florence) and shes a handful (half blue Persian)
...after seeing how much cat trees were I just built her one out of an old upside down wooden shelf and a 4 inch post . Custom is always better !

This is from my step grandpa's garage. He passed away in October...cancer. I've been cleaning the garage. Filled two dumpsters. Lol. Made 8 trips to the scrap yard, mostly tin. I didn't do the best job separating the metal. Probably could've made a little more. I've also got ten buckets of tools to sell.

Sorry @Seven Dog --- got called away yesterday....yep Im a metal scrapper , its another one of my side jobs . Got a half ton of copper and probably a ton or two of aircraft aluminum that I save . Waiting for alloys to go back up after Trumps metal tariff put the hurt on us metal scrappers...
