Steak seasoning... I like just pink salt, pepper and garlic. You can buy Worcestershire seasoning online... That shit is the bomb and it'll give you great grill marks.

This marinade is a game changer:
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Pink salt & ground pepper
It's good on any red meat... Especially flank.

It's important that you whisk fast when you add the oil into the vinegar... It won't emulsify otherwise.
