What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

School me on mung beans. Seem to have more many nutrients than other legumes but any other reason. I've always stayed away from legumes, don't know why, but keep hearing about mung beans being a powerhouse.

Im just learning about the mung bean too , my wife got a couple bags of dry-roasted mung beans and we mixed them in with almonds,hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds that we oven roast in olive oil and lightly sea salted . Its our new healthy snack and I add it in recipes too .
 
holy Toledo. How did I miss that? I eat entirely too many eggs. Have to get a 6 pack of eggs down every a.m.

Same here... Doesn't matter what I'm doing, cutting or growing, 6 eggs minimum every morning. Get them from a farm right down the road.

Peckerwood fish and quinoa. I'm getting a burger for lunch tomorrow. New place around here called Mooyah is all the rage. Have to give them a try.

On a side note we got some mooyah down here. Havent tried it yet tho. But it looks fn delicious mehn!

I cooked it outside on the grill and she was still taking shit about the smell. It is such clean, fresh fish, too. She's crazy, no smell lol. But that peckerwood, whoa buddy!!

Will have pics and a review tomorrow. Mooyah or bust :)
