Paleo lunch.... beef chunks/almonds/filberts/pumpkin seeds/roasted mung beans. Very tasty and satisfying.

School me on mung beans. Seem to have more many nutrients than other legumes but any other reason. I've always stayed away from legumes, don't know why, but keep hearing about mung beans being a powerhouse.

Im just learning about the mung bean too , my wife got a couple bags of dry-roasted mung beans and we mixed them in with almonds,hazelnuts and pumpkin seeds that we oven roast in olive oil and lightly sea salted . Its our new healthy snack and I add it in recipes too .

Hell, I did the same thing. Then I got to the part about only 3 eggs... I quickly grabbed a utility knife, cut out a rectangular piece of my living room carpet and ran outside to kneel and pray to Allah before the sun went down.... I was an athiest up until I read that post too.

Same here... Doesn't matter what I'm doing, cutting or growing, 6 eggs minimum every morning. Get them from a farm right down the road.

I fed the wife sum peckerwood yesterday. She fucking hates fish. But loves da peckerwood

On a side note we got some mooyah down here. Havent tried it yet tho. But it looks fn delicious mehn!

I cooked it outside on the grill and she was still taking shit about the smell. It is such clean, fresh fish, too. She's crazy, no smell lol. But that peckerwood, whoa buddy!!
