Anyone have any of these machines or have used them? These two machines I miss the most since I've switched to home training. The hammer strength versions are out of my price range.

Arms move independently, which is pretty cool.

I like the ones that were posted. Has anyone used.them? I'm starting to think about a hime gym setup myself

I have a home gym. Fly is ok, I like DB better than cable. Back machine I do not have, do v cable rows, v bar rows with barbell, DB rows, etc instead.

All I really need is a power rack and calf machine.

I got a rack, barbells, just got the powerblock adjustable dumbbells, I got a nice little pulley system. A few cardio options, prowler sled, battle rope, heavy bag, jump rope slam ball. I got farmers handles.

I want a trap bar, and maybe get those machines eventually.

i love having a home gym just wish i was home to use it more lol

t-bar rows, dumbbell rows, seated rows are my replacement to that first machine u posted

i do cable flyes and chest supported (incline bench) rear flyes for rear delts

Landmine and landmine attachments open up a whole new world. Especially if you get like the strip from rogue where it allows you to adjust the pivot point. I have a sorinex hurricane, but a good landmine setup or a setup using the safety's on the power cage with rod pivots is just a good.

Getting gymnastic rings also opens a ton of opportunities especially push and pull exercises. Can always add weight.

A home gym teaches you to cut the bullshit, focus on heavy progressive lifting and to get good at bodyweight movements. If you can focus on these, you will succeed lifting at home.

Miss a spotter sometimes and my dungeon has no heat or ac but I love it. Cuss, spit, bleed , drop shit. All good. No waiting or working in. 24/7. Never thought of the gymnastic rings. Power rack with high and low cables and a set of dumbells to 75s what I have currently. Will have a leg press machine soon. Thanks for that Landmine info SS.
