First Bodybuilding Show Log from 30-weeks Out

Still no changes. Have dropped 10lb since starting prep. Once my coach makes a change I will re-update the full plan. Until then, here’s a side-by-side of my peak bulk at 215 and today’s low of 198. Feeling good about progress so far. Energy is high and I’m fired up.

You're cleaning up nice dude, your arms look bigger! What weight you're targeting at the end of the cut?
Honestly I have no idea. The last time I was close to single digit I was like 150lb and that was like maybe 9% but probably 10-11. So I have no idea how much mass I put on since then but probably close to 30-35lb. So I’m hoping 170s, as that’d let me get to my classic weight limit (196) within 3-5 years after this show.
 
195.4lb today (down 12.5lb from start of prep) at a little under 19 weeks out. Still no changes (~3600 Cal training day, ~2700 Cal rest days, 16min stairmaster 4x weekly, ~11k steps daily, 400 test, 400 mast, 6iu gh) as I’m dropping weight considerably quickly. Still feeling good and not very hungry yet. Fasted pics from monday

16 Weeks Out: 191lb
Added a day of cardio, reduced my cheat meal size, and added 200mg of PEDs. Fat loss has not slowed down since we started prep 7 weeks ago and am still losing around 2-2.5lb/week on average.

New Plan:

Diet:

TD: ~3600 Cal: 280 P, 400 C, 75 F

NTD: ~2700 Cal: 280 P, 200 C, 85 F

Cheat Meal 1x weekly: ~1,200 Calories dairy free

Cardio:

10-14k Steps Daily

Stairmaster 5x Weekly: 1min Level 5, 1min Level 10, 16 minutes total
Training:

PPL 2-on 1-off.

PEDs:

500 Test Cyp/week, 500 Mast Prop/week (pinned ED)

6iu GH, split AM/PM

Ab thigh is a great shot for you.

Don’t focus on the body weight btw. Expectations there will upset you.
Appreciate your input, and yeah I’ve noticed i’m changing this week a good amount but haven’t lost weight so I’m trying to keep no expectations
