This exactly. Consistency is the key. Over the past 30 plus years I have trained in a bodybuilding style and as a powerlifter at various times but I have always trained.

The past 10 years or so I have trained seven days a week. I don't have any more volume or time in the gym than before but I have found as I get older that the best way for me to train with maximum intensity is in half hour to no longer than one hour training sessions.

I can tell you if you are able to do this you won't have a weight problem. I eat what I want when I want and always have with the exception of the final couple of weeks prior to my powerlifting meets when I tighten things up considerably to make weight.

Most people's problem is that they just aren't consistent with their training frequency and/or their training intensity is lacking when they are in the gym.

If I were going to compete in a bodybuilding event I would have to tighten it up further but I think I have done fairly up to this point. This is from two or three years back but I look basically the same today at over 50.

Yeh I’m going for the lean out and chisel up while adding a little bit of mass. I have to be really careful though because I’m a counselor in a treatment center. Everyone knows im a health nut and workout to the extreme.

It never surprises me but I get at least one guy in every group that says “What do you think about juice?” and then I lay down this speech about people not being educated or informed about what they are doing and fucking themselves up.

I had one guy once just bluntly ask me “Is steroids considered a relapse?” I wasn’t ready for it and just told him I wouldn’t know.
I think its badass that you do that for a living bro. I have a place in my heart for addicts bro, and feel like there is so much untapped potential in the heart and mind of an addict. Everyone's got a story.

Lol I could see where that would get a little hairy when you start getting questioned about it. I would probably have done the same thing and just say, "I dont know". I'm part of a men's ministry at my church, and guys ask me all the time what I take to get big...and I just tell them...protein, and eating right. I feel bad, but I just cant make myself tell them. There are a few guys that I'm really close to that know that I take a trt dose of test, but they dont know about the tren, anavar, npp, etc. One day maybe...one day. Meso is really the only place I can come and just let loose and be completely real. Love it
 
Intermittent fasting and keto changed my life. That 16-18 hour fasting window goes against everything we’ve all been taught and had forced down our throats. Zero muscle loss, great lean gains, crazy energy, no inflamation, minimal water retention and not so much as a head cold in 18 months. Same with my wife. I was the same brother I Repped in NPP and if your on Var or one that drys out joints you will think me. I also like to mix orals that are synergistic for bulking and cutting. Good luck try intermittently fasting if your hard gainer i did as well I what I said above and had great gains. We are all different just read and experiment safely my man.

For sure brother! IF is definitely a game changer. Ill be going back to that when I cut again. It's just too hard to get all those calories to bulk doing IF.
