I think I have mentioned it before but my good friend has the same issues with dbol. Headaches, bloat, high blood pressure, and especially sensitive to gyno when using dbol also. As soon as he drops it within a few days he seems to be just fine. Cycling it 2 weeks on/off isn’t a bad choice that’s what I normally do with SuperDrol for those exactly reason I get HBP and headaches as well. I have no experience with dbol so I’m speaking from my observations and conversations with my good friend and sharing his experience with you. Try adding in some kombucha tea to your daily diet and also sauerkraut and kimchi seem to help me personally with digestion and bloat also as mentioned above I eat a lot of fruit. Frozen berries are in my shake. Every. Single. Day.
I haven’t been eating berries, just bananas. Maybe I’ve been to tuned into what my muscles need and not enough towards my cardiovascular, as well as my cardio in general!
I’m not upset or dismayed in the least, we run that car down the 1/4 mile, and each time we learn just a little more about how our body reacts, and what changes we can make.

Let’s just say that was the case, would the intelligent thing to do, be running it at lower doses, say 150-300 mg/wk and stack it with other gear?
Instead of just test alone at 300- 1000 mg/wk?
Or you just informing me it’s gonna hurt no matter what I use?
Low dose deca or moderate dose EQ would be a reasonable options

I actually dropped the dbol today. I was 1 day from 3 weeks.
I might give my self the weekend off, or I might do 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, for the remainder of my cycle.
I was only taking .5 adex a week.
I’m gonna up that too .25 eod.
It’s high blood pressure from water retention is my thoughts. I am bloated.
Every thing I eat, salmon, chicken, protein drinks, all give me bloat.
I monitor and decide Mon how I’m gonna proceed.

Let’s just say I utilized it only for pre-workout only, would I drop down to 10 mg pre-workout?
And is that for the length of the 12 week cycle, or just the first 6 like intended.

So my headache is finally gone, still dealing with bloat, and my BP was last 134/86 Supper was beef/sauerkraut, and avacodo, with a cup of blueberries and strawberries. Also took 3 spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar.

Question? If I was to order the blood test to get my test/esteo numbers, should I wait a week since I’m raising the arimidex? Or should I just order it up now?
 
Could start with 20 mg of dbol pre workout and see where it puts your bp and general sense of well being. wont know it works until you try it. Herd pw out is a good way to run dbol for mitigation of sides and keeping the positive effects. Plan on trying it myself soon. I used dbol years ago and saw amazing strength on it but got all the puffer fish bloat, red face and high BP.

how were you dosing the dbol before? split or all at once? how many days a week do you lift?
I was splitting dose 10 mg at 9am, and 10mg at 4 pm, workout at 7 pm on Wed, Thur, Sat, and workout Sun/Mon/Tues/ at 4pm.
I workout 6 days a week, 45 mins Wed/Thur/Sat, and 1.5 hrs on Sun/Mon/Tues/
I do push/pull/legs x2/wk
And sometimes I split my 1.5 on Sun/mon/tues into a Morning and an Evening workout.
I work 4 (10 hr shifts) Wed/Thur/Fri/Sat
 
well, if youre lifting 6 days a week then taking 20mg pre workout isnt going to be much less of a total dose. try the 10mg first

Let’s see if I can get my BP in line, and we move forward from there.

While watching for signs of estrogen, I over looked the bloat, and was looking for signs of itchy, or burning nipples, which I never got, or I would of upped my adex sooner, and possibly avoided this.
Just my thoughts
 
I have 50 tabs of winny too. I wonder if my body would react the same with it.
Start week 3 tomm.
Could drop the dbol today and start pct on liver, and continue on with my cycle.
Then week 8 start up the winny, and finish the last 4 weeks.

Thoughts?

No offense to anybody else, but I’m super stoked that my brain pushed me to start dbol at its lowest dose. I can’t even imagine what this weekend would be like if I would of started at 50mg like I see some newbies do!

Outside of that it might just not be for you. the winny will be a whole different set of sides. Joint pain, hair loss, stomach issues. No bloat from winstrol, its a dht so if you dont do well with those winstrol is about the worst.

Don’t have hair loss in my family, we are not predisposed to it. However I’ve had some discs that have gave me trouble and that might be an issue.

Could all these sides with dbol just be insufficient level of adex?

Damn I went full circle with this dbol.
Lol it’s kinda kicking my ass!
So I’ve upped the adex to .5 eod on Thursday And Sat,I actually took last night.
I guess I just ride this out, till the adex kicks in.
So glad I’m at least not that guy that went round 2 with 50 mg dbol, 750 mg test, 400 mg tren and gonna end it with 50 mg of winny.

BP is down some and for the most part no headache.
This shit likes to smack you around some, in case you might have for got what you were doing.
I earned a little respect for that today
 
Hey I’m trying to find a thread on ordering blood tests. I read it but it’s been awhile, and I can’t exactly remember where or how? I used the search function but didn’t have much success. It was so that I could go to Labcorp.
Any help point me in the right direction?
