I haven’t been eating berries, just bananas. Maybe I’ve been to tuned into what my muscles need and not enough towards my cardiovascular, as well as my cardio in general!I think I have mentioned it before but my good friend has the same issues with dbol. Headaches, bloat, high blood pressure, and especially sensitive to gyno when using dbol also. As soon as he drops it within a few days he seems to be just fine. Cycling it 2 weeks on/off isn’t a bad choice that’s what I normally do with SuperDrol for those exactly reason I get HBP and headaches as well. I have no experience with dbol so I’m speaking from my observations and conversations with my good friend and sharing his experience with you. Try adding in some kombucha tea to your daily diet and also sauerkraut and kimchi seem to help me personally with digestion and bloat also as mentioned above I eat a lot of fruit. Frozen berries are in my shake. Every. Single. Day.
I’m not upset or dismayed in the least, we run that car down the 1/4 mile, and each time we learn just a little more about how our body reacts, and what changes we can make.
