Lately dinner has been 4 eggs, 4 servings of egg whites scrambled in a little coconut oil with that seasoning and diced tomatoes![]()
Try it on some brown rice if you eat that! Makes it super good as well! I usually make a cup of brown rice, sprinkle the seasoning on liberally and add 28g(a serving) of low fat mozzarella cheese and it’s delicious.
