Lately dinner has been 4 eggs, 4 servings of egg whites scrambled in a little coconut oil with that seasoning and diced tomatoes :D

Try it on some brown rice if you eat that! Makes it super good as well! I usually make a cup of brown rice, sprinkle the seasoning on liberally and add 28g(a serving) of low fat mozzarella cheese and it’s delicious.
 
I never have a problem eating eggs, even for every meal.

When I was bulking, I’d drink a smoothie with egg whites for breakfast. Then a few hours later I’d slam 6 hard boiled eggs and 4 pieces of Ezekial Toast

Needless to say, three months of hard boiled eggs and I was sick of them. But over easy eggs, with the yolk all runny is where it’s at. Use some toast to soak up the yolk and eat it. Gives me wood

leg day - 4 or 5 pancakes, syrup, 12 egg whites, 3 eggs over easy, toast and don't forget the home fries.

Cheat meal for me tomorrow night. I’m going with 2/9oz. Prime patty bacon cheeseburgers, large fries, large Blizzard with several toppings, as many oreos as I can eat. 5,000+ on top of my planned meal calories for the day.

I cannot fucking wait for offseason breakfast again.

Up at 6am on a saturday, alone, stack of chocolate chip pancakes, 3 eggs, toast, home fries, fruit, sausage, bacon, ufff. Then go get a nasty pump a couple hours later.

Haven’t updated with photos in about 2 weeks I think. Saving that for day-before/of updates. Hit a little digestion snag that’s causing some midsection bloating/blurring but we’ll sort that out. Quads are striated in the teardrop and sweep. Glutes are damn close to top to bottom striations. Tris are feathered.

Lol. I’m just waiting to hear the decision on whether we die for middleweight at the national show or instead try to grow more to maximize the LHW limit.

Coming out of a good showing would make cycling compounds around and adding a bit of food extremely potent I think. Both are possible.
