Sounds like you might not be feeding your body what it needs to maintain strength and muscle. I see that a lot, where people eat more on cycle when they’re appetite is up.

That could be it, cause the first half of the reps are easy then I get fatigued towards the end. I remember having this issue even on trt (not cycle) where I was doing at least 30 min and up to an hr of fasted stair master everyday in the gym mon-fri and I started getting pretty damn weak.

I lost like 15ish lbs of bloat (I love ❤️ my salt lol) but the haven’t lost any good weight yet.

I’ve actually found the water weight to be overrated. I never lose that much after cycle, but maybe I’m just a strange dude. Maybe 5-10lbs.

Stan Efferding would tell you to eat ~8 grams of sodium a day if he had his way with you. I snagged his "book" on some random site as there was no way I was paying whatever he's asking (~$100 for it IIRC). It's, umm, interesting. Almost like he had a word doc he converted to a PDF and decided to sell it under a book-guise.

Like most diets, you have to choose the usable info.

Also remember his diet is used mostly by 350-400lb elite athletes training for hours a day.

+1 - I get his premise. He gives a lot of info to research more on your own. One thing is for sure, he's articulate as fuck. I could turn on his 10 minute walk podcasts and have it just be background noise on my headphones and subconsciously want to buy 10 of his koolers.

What I can confirm is you’ll never put down easier calories than on a vertical diet.

I looked into this a while back but I couldn’t budget it in where it be sustainable for me. :(

I think most diets work though. It’s just the execution and the being persistent part that tends to fail.

I’m bad at diets but that’s where my little woman comes in to help! For me it’s hard to do this shit alone. Makes my life so much easier just eating what she puts in front of me!
I’m not just talking about her vagina either! o_O
Her ass too! :p

Mac its been a little bit since I’ve read your threads. So I’m not up to date, yet. I’m off the next four days and I intend to get caught up on it!
I know there’s useful information in em so I’m glad I’ll be finally able to get caught up with it. :)

That’s why I keep my diet super simple. Boneless skinless chicken thighs, sweet potatoes, ground beef, rice or quinoa, eggs, avocados
