I heard about the site pasted below via Chris Bell's Instagram page. I haven't tried their products yet but I had been browsing the website... today I bought several different items because they're having a really good sale for July 4th, significantly cheaper than I buy grass fed beef locally. I forgot to use it but, Chris has a discount code "carnivore" that is probably still active for non grass finished beef. (another 20% off)

Wanted to pass it along... I've never done the online meat thing but if I can buy in bulk and take advantage of these kind of deals I will be a repeat customer.

The beef is very lean, and supposedly has a great depth of flavor. I'm slightly skeptical because most of beef's flavor comes from the fat content... this is super lean, so we'll see.

Yeah, I was on the fence about it because it is a little more expensive per lb than the beef I buy here but it's also leaner and supposedly very good quality. It took a few weeks of looking at them post food porn on IG before I caved... only to find out they're giving out a great deal that's cheaper than local. I don't really like buying frozen beef though.

I definitely will. I actually don't really like the taste of grass finished steaks... I'm not sure if that's what I got or not. Even grass fed are not always my favorite. It tastes fine as ground beef but it always tastes heavy in iron to me as a steak... I even heard Chris Bell say something similar during a Rogan podcast. I got skirt steaks since they were so cheap just to try it.

I also got a case of all beef hotdogs that I'm really curious to try...

I’ve had grass fed from a half cow my parents bought and it was the best meat I’ve ever had, nothing has ever come close.

Those hot dogs sound good and I’m not a hot dog fan, except for Hebrew National.

I haven't ordered from them yet but my dad said they were awesome. We used to go to Maine for a hunting trip in the Summer for bear and we'd stop in Freeport for Lobster on the water... it was really an experience. I think the prices are reasonable for the summer packages but the shipping is kinda where it gets you.

I also came across a woman that sells Virginia lobsters close to where I spend my summer time at. They're the same as the ones from Maine, but they migrate further south... as far as the Carolinas. Most people don't know that MD and VA even have lobster that far down... they harvest I think about 30 tons a year? Sounds like a lot but Maine is over 20,000 tons a year.

Yeah, the grass fed has an odd taste to me too. I've tried it multiple times and taste it everytime.

Grass fed is the way to go. Much more delicious. I'm thinking that some of the people who don't care for it don't like it because they're used to cheaper, corn-fed beef.

Cows are not supposed to eat corn. A lot of the reason that they release so much methane is because of corn-feeding.

I’ve ordered from these guys before. The center cut ribeye, flank steak, and bison. All were very good. Very lean but definitely great cuts of meat.

I got my order the other day but I haven't tried anything except for the hotdogs. I cooked a few for lunch today before lifting and I thought they were great. It was cool to eat something a little different...

The macros are basically the opposite of any other beef hotdog. On MyFitnessPal, typically beef hotdogs are around 20gr fat and 10gr protein. The piedmontese hotdogs are 10gr fat and 20gr protein. It would be fun to make chili dogs with the piedmontese ground beef and everything... they were great, I'm really looking forward to trying the other stuff. I'm curious to try a few other things now, I'm hoping they keep the sale running until a day or so after the 4th.

Everything I got was pretty good. The flank steaks were perfect. I’ll have to try the hot dogs that’s crazy the macros are the way that they are for them.
