Unrelated and should be in the hgh thread but might as well ask I just turned 25 , I weigh 227 this morning over 17%bf just got a new diet and training schedule. Should I train hell of a lot more before jumping the gun, had a chest injury a while back wasn’t being health conscious now I’m only on original trt dose 250mg a week and it’s doing wonders with my last training plan. My goal is to be 5% lower than my maintenance,to grow and lean out basically a recomp. I know this is a lot to read and I’m sorry for asking so much but I have more lol what test should I take before doing growth? Baseline , t3/t4 full blood panel? I mean I’m growing nice and smooth.

Yep, terrible. I actually got out and peed on the jersey barrier in stopped traffic. I couldnt hold it! People were honking and laughing! That was 25+yrs ago.

You are objectifying your wife first of all. Secondly, you are implying that the way she looks equates to how good of a wife she is.
I understand you are not consciously thinking this... However it proves your values. Also, all the women in this thread are "aesthetically pleasing." I was hoping to see somebody post a picture of a wife who looks "average." But NOPE! This thread is like a FaceBook for steroid users. It's all about impressing your neighbor.
