I want more. Last blast was 300 test e and 300 deca weekly. I want more gains. I keep nolva and adex on hand. Rather to keep it for emergencies than have to include it in a cylce. Im 5’10”, 189 i keep my food macros pretty tight. Wanting size and growth.

Anyone shoot me a cycle to do that does not include an AI. If that’s impossible when should I do bloods in the cycle to know my e levels and take AIs properly.

Whats up bud. No matter what you want its important to keep test as base. You can if you dont want any estrogen sides, keep it low.

Why not do some test at the dose you did previously and add some Anadrol. You said you want size/growth, right? That will definitely help out.

You can aslo try a cycle of Test, Master and Anadrol. That will give you the size you are looking for without the crazy estro sides.

I always do bloods before, mid and after cycle just so I can compare and make a note out of everything just so that way i know what to expect in my next cycle.
 
You want more gains... Pretty understandable but let me ask you this your last blast how was your nutrition? Were you eating relative to your goals? Before you go looking for new compounds, combinations, and etc... Why not look at variables within the cycle youve previously used?
 
So 300 test e, mast e? And what is the dosing on anadrol?
Androl dose varies person to person but a safe start will be 50mg per day, split during day. So 25mg in morning and 25mg afternoon. You can also take in morning and night before bed but to some before bed doesn't work out because then they can sleep.

Please remember as im sure you are aware and heard it many times, its all in the diet and workout. Keep your diet clean to keep the bloat away from anadrol.
 
Nutrition was spot on. Im tweaking my routine now to fit a 12 week blast to push for the max gains. I only lack in carbs averaging 400 daily. Will be upping calories to about 4600 daily next blast.
 
Test Mast DDRol is a great cycle i really love it i would run test at least 500mg and if i wanted more growth i would swap masteron tren and i would add some proviron
 
I dont have access to TBol. Getting some Anadrol. If i ran 500 test e with 250 mast e , 4 weeks anadrol? 12 weeks rest? Running that much test run the risk of gyno? Never experienced gyno always ran conservative doses and avoided gear that was more prone to it. Dont want to run tren because i would rather keep most of gains i dont compete or have any desire too.
 
No I will run what is required. I just prefer not to mess with gyno control. I have some AIs on hand but never had to use and still very new to even know what I need to watch for and how to proceed. This issue is my fault with my lack of research.
At this point im going to run 600 test e, pin 300 on Sunday and Wednesday. And 250 mast e on Fridays. With 4-6 weeks at start of cycle on Anadrol. This is the most ive ever used before.
I had to google Lee Priest.

I wouldn't advice to run a cycle with only 1 year of training. Mainly because you see the first gains and then all you think its important its the anabolics and with that mindset you'll plateu really fast. When that happens you understand there are other parameters who are equally important as the gear to progress. Big 3 Nutrition Training Steroids.
But if youre all in i can't change your mind i can only guide you to have the best results and not to burn money here and there.

At this stage where y are y clearly need 2 things to progress properly and see what y wanna see.

1. Solid food choices
Protein: Fish Chicken Egg whites.
Carbs: Oats , Rice , Quinoa , Potatoes ,
Fats: Penaut butter , avocado , coconut oil , olive oil.
Some cheat meals here and there when y feel y need them and youre depleted.
You really must organize your nutrition around those foods to progress properly and with the speed you want.
Later when y lean y can add milk beef etc.

2. TTM (Test Tren Mast)
To recomp you need those 3 they must be there. You start low with the dosages and you up the dosages when you grow.
Those 3 compounds can be really beficial and side effect free if y use them the right way.
50mg test prop 75mg mast prop 100mg tren ace eod.
Those are more than enough to get y at 8% while y add lbm to your frame. You'll burn fat like crazy and add lbm like crazy with those minimal dosages.

Remember you must be lean to bulk up if y start at 15% youll have side effects mainly estrogenic side effects.

Now the good part then fun part the BLOW UP we all want this but you must 1st pass the 1st phase that i told you.

Once youre lean with nice shape skin wrap around the muscles , muscles pop up traps pop up you need to thicken up those muscles and fill them up.

Now once youre lean and sexy you drop the prop y drop the tren.
You replace Test Prop with Long ester Testosterone 600mg-1.200mg whatever your needs and y can handle.
You keep the masterone for the estrogenic side effects
You add Anadrol 100-150mg a day

And y choose an anabolic if y want Nandrolone,Boldenone and/or Trenbolone.

Thats the steps the most fast and proper way to achieve what y want based on my expirience take it or leave it
