Well I doubt they do them often but they do them off and on judging by some of the videos.For sure, I never see stuff like that outside of meets. I rarely see a 225lb squat at my gym.

Well I am excited to check it out. Hoping a different atmosphere will go a long way. Even today deadlifting set bar down getting the odd look, fuck emSame. Just have to thrive off the awe of casual lifters lol.

Friday is the day I go drop in for my work out and talk with the owners and set up membership. I want to see how hard it is to get the rack or the platform at my work out time. Definately going to help out being in a proper gym with proper equipment and atmosphere. Seen they have SSB, so assuming proper DL bar as well.You gotta get out of there. Just be aware that conjugate relies heavily on autoregulation and being able to pin point your weaknesses and blast through them. It’s not really a system you can follow step by step, in an outlined format.Also decided to keep it simple until I get all the shit ironed out. Back to 531, will get form, and routine set then when progress stalls look at different method. Looking at @Worf s Conjugate method I like that and may consider down the road when I get this set properly
