Happy New Year all.
@Perrin Aybara, @Worf, @NovaFlex, @Cityofgrit, @FourOneDeuxFitt, @Sparkyp, and anyone else I missed.

Been a heck of a year some good and lots bad but made it through. Wishing you all the best in the year to come.

Starting the year off with the flu. Coming around slowly. Coughing up nasty shit and out of breath climbing the stairs at home. Excited to see what I can get accomplished in the gym this year. See a 500lb deadlift in the next few weeks, maybe 600lb by end of year. Definately a 405lb squat within a month or so, maybe 500 by end of year? Bench, well damn, me and the bench press have a love hate relationship lol. Goal on bench is 315 as long as it takes.

Need to get bodyweight down to 200lbs as soon as possible, I have some ephedrine so may run it to start this off. I am afraid to step on the scale after Christmas lol.

Cycle plans for the new year....
End of Jan after donation will e 200mg test per week, 2 weeks of anadrol at 50mg per day, then 6 weeks of anavar at 50mg per day.
May do another blast in the fall maybe not but will always be on at least 200mg test per week.

Man i got to thank you and @Worf for getting me to switch to PL. I love it and while not anywhere near elite numbers, I love adding weight to the bar and seeing how strong I can get..

Sure, I like watching my physique grow.
BUT, putting up numbers is the best.
Everytime I PR my 1RM, I'm on cloud nine for a few days.
Havnt hit a PR in a few months, but I'll be back lol.
I'm barely a beginner in comparison to the guys around here, doesnt stop it from being fun as fuck.

Couldn't agree with you more. Even running BB splits in my mind it was still always adding weight to the bar. PRs are motiva8as fuck, especially knowing that they come at a slower pace as you progress lol.. I think you have done extremely well and we got a pretty good group of newbie PLers around here now and that in itself is also motivating.

It's almost information overload lol.
I kind of thought "I want to PL, I'll just lift heavy"
Then I started finding all the gaps in my muscle groups and form.
It's especially helpful watching your log and @NovaFlex too, seeing you guys grow and put weight on the bar has helped me tailor my program.

So missed my 5 rep bench day on Wednesday due to being sick... feeling better today but not 100%.. Today supposed to be squats but I think its better to do bench that I missed and skip squats this week.

Still unsure if my PL gym is going to close its doors. That said a buddy of mine is a BBer and wants me to come check out his gym, and since he is doing chest today and it's my bench day why not. From what I have seen online this gym probably wont work for me... when I post my log later I will give my review lol...
 
I've been getting sick again this week. It went away for like two weeks and it's come back.
Honestly need a dislike button... both my wife and I were pretty much bed ridden this week.... she has MS so her immune system sucks so doubley bad for her. The last round I got in October was a bad 1 week felt better for a day then sicker the week after..

Was supposed be 5 rep bench and shoulder accessories. But checked out my buddies gym who is a body builder. 20 fucking dollar drop in fee, no bench press, yo8bhave to press in the racks and there are only 2 of those. No chalk allowed, have to use mats to deadlift..
Agreed to follow my buddies plan for the day and he would come do a drop in at my gym one day and follow my plan.
