I'm taking a break from DNP for a month since it started to become ineffective. In the meantime, what do you guys think about using Salbutamol, 4mg 3 to 4 times a day? I have some I bought a while ago, and the box says it expires 03/2020. I don't expect it to work as well as DNP but I would like to keep something going while I break from it.

According to my carefully maintained spreadsheet, 25.2. Dosage started at 200mg for the first several days, then up to 500mg for 14 days, then 700mg for 14 days and finally 800mg for the rest. I did feel warm, and sweat at night but not pools of sweat. The last two weeks I lost about 4 pounds. I didn't do cardio but I did keep in a steep caloric deficit the entire time. The only exception was several days each around Christmas and New Years. Toward the end I was dead tired, hardly sleeping even 4 hours a night and that combined with the slowing made me decide to take a break.

I am pretty lean now except right around my abdomen and its really pissing me off. I have the Salbutamol on hand but Clen might be better. Decisions decisions...

Yeah I'm at 900 to 1,000 calories per day. Definitely sieting. Now that I'm not dead tired all the time I'm back to running several times a week. We'll see.

Alright so Before I go through with my order, has anyone had experience shipping gear/goodies to the general delivery in a post office? All US cities have this service and it sort of makes me paranoid knowing my goodies could just be sitting in a room with postal employees next to them. General delivery is usually used for homeless people, but in my case I have two nosy, bitchy roommates that can't respect a man's space, so desperate times call for desperate measures i guess. also, does anyone have experience with shredded's cardarine?

100 percent fake clen. I ordered clen around 4 months ago for a freind and hes never taking it so he wouldent know what the effects of the "jitters" and the sweaty workouts you get. Im very sensative to clen, which is why i held on to it instead of taking it right away. Personal i hate the first 3 days it takes for you body to adapt to clen. i had kept 20 for my self and just started it last week. 1-40mcg first dose in Am. 2hours later no jitters no hand shakes.

I went to the gym and i started woth light cardio, bc ive tried inteae cardio on clen and though i was going to have a heart attack.... My heart rate was pretty normal so i up the cardio and upd it until i realized my HR is the same as every normal workout. The next day i took 60 mcg, and the same thing happend.

Does everyone only order dnp? Has anyone tried anything else?
