Cardio for this week non existant. Schedule and routine all messed up. I asked about the camp I am going to, the food is shit which is typical and a small gym. So my cut and PL is going to be taking a hit over the next few weeks.
 
Your right, I am thinking cutting properly, keeping macros and the right number of calories. Not looking to drop 20 in 2 weeks and lose a shit ton of muscle. Honestly no choice here just hope for the best

All you can do is the best you can. Make the best food choices you can and lift the best you can. Realistically two weeks isn't a big deal.

Like PA said, just do the best you can. Also, if you’re cruising you should be fine for maintaining muscle.
 
This will be the last PL workout for a few weeks... gonna start a BB split for the next 3 weeks while in camp. Back to PL when inget home.

Weigh in 218.2 up 4 fucking pounds.

Ate less due to not being overly hungry
No cardio due to schedule all fucked up
Had a couple PB cookies wife made, had a cheese burger after DL PR
1 week on 50mg anadrol
Busy for 11 hours yesterday with fire department calls (330am to 230pm)so didnt eat much, food was brought for us. Breakfast was a couple small pancakes a little syrup and 2 sausage, a muffin, then a sandwhich for lunch.

There is no way I over ate that much, got to be water.

Drol done until I can be more consistent. Will finish the last week and right into var when i get 6 weeks straight to run it, var will be at 60mg.

Gonna pin 1.2 cc today (300mg), then again on Thursday before I leave. 600 mg over the next 3 weeks shouldnt be too bad. It does avg out to 200 a week, I know it doesnt work like that but...

Cant plan gym time at camp until I see it. This week will be MTW chest/tri back/bi, leg/shld split.
The 2 weeks in camp will either be a 3 on 1 off of above split, or if able to run it will be 2 weeks of PHAT 2 on(strength) 1 off, 3 on(hypertrophy)1 off.

I agree drol and some carbs yesterday most likely water. I am seeing more Vascularity in quads and shoulders, clothes still fitting looser. I am the worst judge of how I look. The gym owner telling me back width improving along with V taper on Friday a good sign too

Very good sign.
It's hard to tell with certain orals.
Especially drol.
 
I will weigh Thursday again before I leave, then it will be 2 weeks before next weigh in... no idea on the food and gym in camp so eager to see what happens lol
Good luck man. Hopefully you get a feel for the security and can figure out something. Maybe test U or even sust for this out of town work you are trying to work with

For sure, see how the security is, get a cheque or two and make another order and include U or Sust. Supposed to be only 1 week every 7 weeks or so, hoping this is a 1 time thing having to do 2 weeks... 1 week no issue lol except for gym and food but will find this out soon too.

Well if it’s just one week every 7 from here on, you could time for deloads accordingly.
