Ate less due to not being overly hungry
No cardio due to schedule all fucked up
Had a couple PB cookies wife made, had a cheese burger after DL PR
1 week on 50mg anadrol
Busy for 11 hours yesterday with fire department calls (330am to 230pm)so didnt eat much, food was brought for us. Breakfast was a couple small pancakes a little syrup and 2 sausage, a muffin, then a sandwhich for lunch.
There is no way I over ate that much, got to be water.
Drol done until I can be more consistent. Will finish the last week and right into var when i get 6 weeks straight to run it, var will be at 60mg.
Gonna pin 1.2 cc today (300mg), then again on Thursday before I leave. 600 mg over the next 3 weeks shouldnt be too bad. It does avg out to 200 a week, I know it doesnt work like that but...
Cant plan gym time at camp until I see it. This week will be MTW chest/tri back/bi, leg/shld split.
The 2 weeks in camp will either be a 3 on 1 off of above split, or if able to run it will be 2 weeks of PHAT 2 on(strength) 1 off, 3 on(hypertrophy)1 off.
Have been and will be following along.
